Don’t Give Up

What happens when you eat an unhealthy meal? Well you have noticed that you’ve done it – that is good, positive. I’ve had times before juicing when I tried to diet then something happened and I fell off the wagon and didn’t get back on for some time. Recognize it, own it, learn from it, and start again. Don’t wait for the next month or the next online challenge. Start again with your next meal. The unhealthy meal is just food in public that is for the masses and by wanting to juice you are wanting to break free of eating like the masses (those eating the SAD-Standard American Diet) and I think you have to do that in public – drink juice in the face of your biggest obstacle whether it is at a high school football game, a local carnival, or at work. I have to drink juice in the face of my co-workers and not cave in to pizza (I failed the other day). Defeat only happens when you stop trying. Don’t ever stop trying.
